What is it?
The Nova BioProfile FLEX2 with Osm48 is an automated analyzer for cell culture analysis. It is equipped with 2 modules, namely a Chemistry and pH/Gas module with analysis by electrochemistry and an Osmometer module with analysis by freezing point depression. The Chemistry and pH/Gas module is able to quantitate the amount of Glucose, Lactate, Glutamine, Glutamate, Ammonium, pH, PO2, PCO2, Sodium, Potassium, Ionized Calcium. Sample volume of 1mL is required for full analysis by both modules.
