Instrument Overview: The Mass Cytometer employs the inductively coupled plasma approach to discriminate heavy-metal isotopes, which are unique to each tagged cell. Thus, it incurs less crosstalk between channels than fluorophore-based tagging, and increased the number of channels (>40) available for detection
