The Nikon widefield live cell imaging system is a multi-functional microscope built on a motorized Nikon Eclipse Ti inverted microscope. It is capable of multi-position imaging of both live and fixed samples in widefield.

Instrument Overview: Widefield fluorescence, DIC and phase contrast imaging can be done on this microscope system using the detector, a Photometrics CoolSnap HQ2 camera. Sample holders for 35 mm diameter dishes, chambered coverslips (LabTek II and ibidi) and multi-well plates are available.
