Instrument Overview: The set up consists of water cooled GMW electromagnet integrated with Lock-in, Electrical source, Pulse generator and oscilloscope, where we can measure the angle dependent electrical and switching characteristics of the MTJs.

Technical features and specifications:
Magnetic fields up to +/- 3 kOe, and only room temperature measurements. The pulse widths from few ns to micro seconds.
