The MALDI TOF-TOF UltrafleXtreme is equipped with a 5 GS/s 10 bit digitizer for enhanced resolution and dynamic range as well as proprietary kHz smartbeam-II™ MALDI laser integrated with a novel FlashDetector™ and re-engineerd electronics to allow true 2 kHz speed in TOF mode and 1 kHz in TOF/TOF mode with a 10-bit digitizer for enhanced dynamic range and extreme flexibility that allow assessment of critical quality attributes (CQA) specifically in the area of biotherapeutic products, new modalities such as gene therapy, cell therapy, and bioprocesses, as well as microbial identification using the Bruker MALDI Biotyper System.
