Instrument Overview: The BD FACSAria Fusion flow cytometer is a benchtop cell sorter with a 4 laser configuration (Blue, Red, Violet and Yellow Green). It allows multicolor analysis of up to 16 fluorescent and two scatter options at a time. It has the flexibility of performing cell sorting into tubes (up to 4 ways) or plates (96-well or 384-well). It is also equipped with a Small Particle Detector (SPD) for small particle sorting.
