Instrument Overview: The BD FACSAria Fusion flow cytometer is a benchtop cell sorter with a 5 laser configuration (Blue, Red, Violet, Yellow Green and UV). It allows multicolor analysis of up to 18 fluorescent and two scatter options at a time. It has the flexibility of performing cell sorting into tubes (up to 4 ways) or plates (96-well or 384-well).
